The Wind Lake Lions Club Car Show looks like a good one! Bryon Fennig contacted me tonight and said there will be a trophy class for race cars this year. Let me know if you are planning on bringing your car so I can get a head count. Music, Chicken Dinners, drinks and a craft fair in a park setting!!

Gary; How does Sept. 3rd look for you? We will be at Darlington Speedway in Lafayette County. We might need a starter for that one.

Had a good time at the Expo today!! Met the proud owner of the Bergsma car! Vince Schiavone and his wife sound like they'll be great car owners. Can't wait to see one of my favorite IRA cars brought back to life! Sorry to those who hoped to get an up close look at our project. We were ready to haul it up to Waukesha until mother nature spit out 1/2" of powder over night in Lyons. All with the moon shining bright! Having an open trailer just wasn't going to cut it. Thought we would get the car cleaned up just in time to load it for home. I tried to purchase an enclosed trailer earlier in the week but as usual ended up a day late and a dollar short! We did have some luck on the way home from the show though! Hope to make someone an offer they can't refuse tomorrow on the way home from work! Hope to see everyone again next weekend at the state fair grounds! Dan
